With over 200 validated antibodies and the option to add custom antibodies, the GeoMx DSP protein portfolio offers options to fit a wide range of spatial profiling application needs. NanoString’s robust validation pipeline for GeoMx antibodies, ensures that researchers can use GeoMx assays off the shelf without having to spend months to years validating panels of antibodies. Here, we present our validation process with data from our three newest Human Immuno-oncology protein panels: MAPK Signaling, PI3K/AKT Signaling, and Cell Death.
