Join us for an introduction to REM-I, the Deepcell platform that combines advances in high-resolution imaging, deep learning foundation models to illuminate morphology in all its dimensions, and a powerful data suite to store, visualize, and analyze high-dimensional morphology data. We will familiarize you with the components of the platform and the flexible workflows that can be run. In addition, we will share how our collaborators are leveraging high-dimensional morphology data for their research.
