Immunogens with native conformation and a high-throughput IgG cloning platform are two of the most important key components for high quality lead antibody molecules discovery. DIMABIO’s DimAb® discovery technology platform seamlessly integrates a native transmembrane purification platform (DiMProTM) and a single B IgG cloning system for lead antibody molecule discovery. In this talk, we will elucidate the technical details on DiMProTM and DimAb® single B development procedure. At the end of talk, we will show how we utilized DIMABIO's platforms to successfully develop an anti-GPRC5D CAR construct with superior performance in pre-clinical evaluation for potential MM treatment.
