Stress is a horrible thing; not only is it known to cause a bevy of problems with the human body, but it seems to swing around at the worst times, such as when you're anticipating something big or when something major happens at your job.
Because stress comes with side effects not limited to lack of sleep, daydreaming, ulcers, loss of appetite, depression, and more, you want to ideally limit your stress as much as possible.
Some stress is good because it helps keep you in tune to be ready for anything, but being overwhelmed by it certainly isn't healthy for you because it makes it harder to focus on your job and to perform throughout the day.
