Multitasking May Not Be Good for You

Anyone who's had a job before knows that multitasking can be stressful on the mind, but even when you're doing multiple things at once in the comfort of your own home, you might be causing issues for your brain.

Research has revealed that multitasking for long periods of time can re-wire the brain and cause difficulties in your overall ability to solve problems and deal with emotionally-stressful situations.

While some of us can't resist the urge to get things done all at once, it seems to be a major hindrance to brain health, and it might be a good idea to try focusing on one task at a time to achieve the best results.
