Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Standard shipping is FREE.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • In-stock orders ship the same day the order is placed up until 2 pm PST/5 pm EST. If the order is placed after that time, the order will ship the following business day.
  • Standard shipping takes 5-12 business days.
  • Expedited shipping takes 2-8 business days.

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. You can also track your package from your Orders page.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing so please make sure you enter the correct details.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING / CONTIGUOUS U.S.

  • For orders to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
  • AK, HI, PR and PO Boxes
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome all customers from around the world. International Standard Shipping is available for all orders.

  • International orders shipped using Standard Shipping may take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery; tracking is available. Please note that orders shipped via Standard Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.
  • We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

CUSTOMS FEES

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges,
  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts."
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • Labroots has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
