Every Labroots virtual event features a virtual poster session that offers the opportunity to present your data to a global audience through PDF posters and live discussion opportunities via a moderated Poster Networking Hour.

Submission is free, and your poster will be on display for the live event and then available on-demand following the event.

Poster requirements:

  • Final posters should be submitted as a PDF

  • Standard size is 48 x 36, both landscape and portrait can be accommodated.

  • The max poster file size is 6MB.

  • Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text.

For a full list of poster resources, see below!

All submitted posters will be reviewed, and decisions regarding acceptance will be made as posters are received. You will be notified within one week of receipt of acceptance. You do not have to be present to have a poster displayed, but you can choose to participate in a poster networking hour with interested attendees which takes place on the day of the event. See specific event agendas for poster networking hour schedules and opt in during the poster submission provess.

Only those posters approved by Labroots may be displayed at the event. Email contact information will be included on each poster displayed.
