  • Final posters should be submitted as a PDF

  • Standard size is 48 x 36, both landscape and portrait can be accommodated.

  • The max poster file size is 6MB.

  • Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text.

Submit Your Poster

All submitted posters will be reviewed, and decisions regarding acceptance will be made as posters are received. You will be notified within one week of receipt of acceptance. Only those posters approved by Labroots may be displayed at the event. Email contact information will be included on each poster displayed.
