NCoA-3 (F-2) Alexa Fluor® 594 | Santa Cruz Biotechnology

mouse monoclonal IgG1; NCoA-3 Antibody (F-2) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal NCoA-3 antibody (also designated Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 3 antibody, Thyroid Hormone Receptor Activator Molecule 1 antibody, Receptor-Associated Coactivator 3 antibody, BHLHe42 antibody, TRAM-1 antibody, SRC-3 antibody, ACTR antibody, AIB1 antibody, RAC3 antibody, Class E Basic Helix-Loop-Helix Protein 42 antibody, Steroid Receptor Coactivator Protein 3 antibody, Amplified In Breast Cancer 1 Protein antibody, CBP-Interacting Protein antibody, KAT13B antibody, TNRC16 antibody, AIB-1 antibody, SRC3 antibody, PCIP antibody, BHLHE42 antibody, TNRC14 antibody, CTG26 antibody, P/CIP antibody, TRAM1 antibody, or RAC-3 antibody) that detects the NCoA-3 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. NCoA-3 Antibody (F-2) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-NCoA-3 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-NCoA-3 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Nuclear receptors for steroids, thyroid hormones and retinoic acids are ligand-dependent transcription factors that activate transcription through specific DNA binding sites in their target genes. Several related transcriptional coactivators and corepressors have been described that work in concert with the steroid receptor family to either induce or repress transcription from hormone-responsive elements. This family includes GRIP1 (for GR interacting protein 1), also designated NCoA-2 or TIF-2; SRC-1 (for steroid receptor coactivator-1), also designated NCoA-1; and NCoA-3, also designated RAC3, ACTR, AIB-1 (for amplified in breast cancer) and p/CIP (for p300/CBP/co-integrator protein), which displays elevated expression in estrogen receptor positive ovarian and breast cancers and is required for the transcriptional activation of p300/CBP-dependent transcription factors.
