The
LabRoots Laboratory Animal Sciences Virtual Conference was a great success! About 1,000 participants attended, with over 700 members watching live over the 2-day conference and over 500 already viewing on demand. Support from the LAS community was outstanding!
Kudos to Keynote speaker Marcel Perret-Gentil, DVM, MS, whose presentation, “Rodent Surgery… Aseptic Technique Made Easy…and Other Tips,” received the highest number of attendees.
Presentations in the “Education and Training with Concentration on Continuous Professional Development” track appeared to be the topic that attendees greatly appreciated as it was the most highly attended track.
Our expert speakers very much enjoyed interacting with attendees. And now all presentations have gone
On Demand. If you were unable to join the conference or just missed one of the presentations you had planned on watching, the full conference is now available for free viewing any time.
LabRoots is proud to present virtual conferences to interested community members for free in order to further our philosophy of helping to advance science with open access content. By providing relevant educational information through our interactive platform, we hope to enable the science community to create needed connections with colleagues and enhance collaborations and virtual learning.
We look forward to next year’s Laboratory Animal Sciences Event!
