UC Enuity Advance Room Temperature | Leica Microsystems
The UC Enuity Advanced is a fully outfitted ultramicrotome for advanced room temperature ultramicrotomy applications. It features an integrated camera and motorized segment arc and knife block to enable fully automated trimming of samples and automatic alignment of the knife to the sample. The UC Enuity Advanced can be upgraded for further room temperature applications such as automated serial sectioning for VolumeEM or automated trimming guided by microCT data, or for cryosectioning applications with the addition of the cryo chamber.
