The NEXTFLEX® Unique Dual Index Barcodes (1-1,536) are 1,536 unique dual index barcode adapters with 10 nt indexes. These adapters are designed for multiplexing of NGS libraries on all Illumina® and Element® sequencers and are compatible with any TruSeq® style library prep kit. They are available off-the-shelf adapters in a set of 1,536 barcodes and in sets of 384 UDI barcodes.
