mouse monoclonal IgG1; Apg-1 Antibody (D-12) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal Apg-1 antibody (also designated Apg-1 antibody) that detects the Apg-1 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. Apg-1 Antibody (D-12) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Apg-1 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Apg-1 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Apg-1, also known as HSPA4L (heat shock 70 kDa protein 4-like) or Osp94 (osmotic stress protein 94), is an 839 amino acid protein that possesses chaperone activity in vitro, where it inhibits aggregation of citrate synthase. A homodimer, Apg-1 subcellularly localizes to cytoplasm and nucleus, and may translocate to nucleus after heat shock.
