mouse monoclonal IgG1; PSR Antibody (H-7) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal PSR antibody (also designated Jumonji Domain Containing 6 antibody, Arginine Demethylase And Lysine Hydroxylase antibody, Phosphatidylserine Receptor antibody, Jumonji Domain-Containing Protein 6 antibody, Histone Arginine Demethylase JMJD6 antibody, Peptide-Lysine 5-Dioxygenase JMJD6 antibody, Jumonji Domain Containing 6 antibody, Lysyl-Hydroxylase JMJD6 antibody, PTDSR1 antibody, or PTDSR antibody) that detects the PSR protein of human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. PSR Antibody (H-7) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-PSR antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-PSR antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The phosphatidylserine receptor (PSR) specifically recognizes phosphatidylserine and this binding triggers the phagocytosis of apoptotic cells by either macrophages or dendritic cells. PSR is expressed on the surface of macrophages, fibroblasts, and epithelial cells, and it has been detected in high levels in heart, skeletal muscle, and kidney tissues and is extensively glycosylated. The mammalian phosphatidylserine receptor displays significant homology to Caenorhabditis elegans and Drosophila melanogaster proteins, which suggests that PSR has been conserved throughout phylogeny.
