Abstract
Ovarian cancer remains a significant challenge in women's health, with high mortality rates due to late-stage diagnosis. This webinar aims to provide healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of the current landscape of ovarian cancer diagnostics, focusing on the utility of the Risk of Ovarian Malignancy Algorithm (ROMA) and the biomarkers CA125 and HE4.
The session will begin with an overview of the ovarian cancer landscape today, highlighting epidemiological data, and survival rates. Despite advancements in treatment, ovarian cancer continues to have a poor prognosis, particularly in advanced stages. The webinar will address the limitations of traditional diagnostic methods and the importance of integrating novel biomarkers and algorithms to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
