Abstract
Stem cells, particularly Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs), are becoming essential tools in scientific research, from drug discovery to disease modeling. As the scientific community shifts away from animal models towards more human-relevant systems, the need for flexible and specific tools has grown. iPSCs, derived from normal tissue through the expression of key transcription factors, offer an unlimited supply for research but require intensive maintenance and culture. Ensuring optimal conditions is crucial to maintaining their pluripotency.

Automated solutions like the CellCelector Flex and the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis system enhance reproducibility and consistency in iPSC research. The CellCelector Flex provides precise and gentle cell identification and picking, while the Incucyte® system automates imaging processes, enabling real-time monitoring of cell growth and health. Additionally, the iQue® Advanced Flow Cytometer allows for detailed characterization of iPSCs by analyzing pluripotency markers. These technologies collectively support the robust and reliable use of iPSCs in various research applications.
