Cell Counting Kit 8 ab228554 is a no-wash assay with one incubation of 1-4 hours. WST-8 / CCK8 tetrazolium in solution is very stable with low cytotoxicity, and is reduced by cellular dehydrogenases with colorimetric (460 nm) readout proportional to the number of living cells.
