DCF ROS/RNS Assay Kit (biofluids, culture supernatant, cell lysates) designed for success:
- Complete kit with standard curve for quantitation to measure total reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen species, including hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide, peroxyl radical, and peroxynitrite anion
- Can be used in a variety of sample including serum, plasma, urine, cell lysates or cell culture supernatants
- High sensitivity with a detection limit of 10 pM for DCF and 40 nM for hydrogen peroxide
