Proteins and mass spectrometry
Mass Spectrometry is a scientific technique used to measure proteins by determining the mass to charge ratio of a molecule in a sample. Measurements generated with Mass Spectrometry can measure the molecular weight of components in the sample and those measurements can be used to identify unknown components.
